Ground Line Concrete Pump Specifications

• Pump up to 110m³ per hour
• Vehicle Width: 1,850mm
• Vehicle Length: 4,560mm

A concrete landline pump uses both steel and rubber pipes/hoses to pump the concrete to the required location, such as up the side of a house, through a house to the back garden, down to a basement and many more. Landline concrete pumps can reach up to 150 metres, and are generally used for ground-level sites and accessing awkward areas with limited access.

Concrete landline pumps are versatile and ideal for a range of projects. If you require concrete but do not want the effort, labour, dumper-hire, wheelbarrows or buckets expenses along with the mess then our concrete pumps are a great option for your project.’

Boom Concrete Pump
Specifications

Sizes start from:

• Length of end hose: 3.0m

• Vertical reach: 19.5m

• Horizontal reach: 15.8m

• Number of articulations: 4

A concrete boom pump consists of a remote-controlled robotic arm that pumps the concrete up onto the site or over obstacles, in order to lay the concrete as precisely as possible. The articulating boom is attached to a truck that can move the pump along the length of the site as necessary, and that fully controls the arm so minimises the labour involved.

Boom pumps are particularly well suited to properties or places where access is made difficult by the height of an obstacle – for example, if a back garden has no direct side access and the only option is to manoeuvre the concrete over the house, or if the concrete is being applied to a tall structure (e.g. a bridge).

A boom pump’s ability to lay high volumes of concrete means that it is a popular option for large-scale construction projects.
